This was an awesome trip to the Abrolhos fishing. The Accomodation and service and fishing all 5 star. Certainly if you are a woman interested in real fishing, this is the boat for you. Brandon and Pete look after you very well. We are already planning next trip !!

Just returned from 4 days at the Abrolhos islands with Peter and Brandon. Put us on some excellent fishing spots and nothing was too much to ask. I believe the vessel Livewire is second to none with plenty of room and an awesome setup! The boys served up some awesome meals on the trip. Do yourself a favour and get a crew together for a trip of a lifetime! Will be back to tackle the Montes.

I had organised a 4 day Abrolhos Island charter for 10 people in April. Unfortunately our charter boat blew an engine and the skipper put us onto Pelican Charters for a charter from 11 to 14 May. This turned out to be a most wonderful trip. We were accommodated on Pelican’s new boat, Live Wire. It was 4 days of luxury including air conditioned cabins and full bunks. Hot showers and a full galley which was put to good use. Hot coffee from the coffee machine to get us going in the morning. The meals were first class and full marks to Pete, Brandon and deckie, Luke who not only put us onto plenty of fish of all varieties, but looked after all of our needs. Being a twin jet boat, Live Wire could navigate into shallow water that other skippers can only dream of. This enabled us to snorkel off the boat for crays and some jumbos were caught and went towards a fantastic reef and beef dinner. This charter has spoiled me and I couldn’t go past Pelican and Live Wire for any other charter like this.
Thomas Blundell 11 months agoWe’ve just come back from a 5 day fishing and diving charter to the Abrolhos islands and what a bloody trip! The boat is supurb (brand new fit out, luxury living)! The crew are fantastic! Great food, great banter, and we even bagged out on fish and crays. To anyone thinking about doing a trip, it’s worth every dollar, and this is definitely the boat you want to be on!
