We reserve the right to terminate any charter without compensation if:
a) There is excessive alcohol consumption by passengers.
b) Passenger conduct is anti-social.
c) Passenger behaviour is placing themselves or others at risk of harm.
d) Passengers damage the vessel or risk damage to the vessel.
e) Passengers must be 18 years or over in order to consume alcohol. No under-age
drinking permitted (proof of age may be required).
f) Decisions regarding the weather and the use of the vessel or associated equipment will be at Skipper's discretion at all times.

Pelican Charters requires a minimum of 90 days' notice from the charter date to cancel. Requests made 89 days or less from the charter date will incur the total cost of the charter.

Pelican Charters Boat Hire Privacy Policy
As per Pelican Charters terms and conditions, we respects your privacy. Any personal information collected when you book a charter, such as your name, email and phone number, will only be used to communicate with you regarding your booking.
We will never sell or share your personal details with any third parties.
Safety and Liability
The safety of our passengers and crew is our top priority. All passengers must follow the instructions of the captain and crew at all times. Pelican Charters maintains its vessels to the highest safety standards and carries full public liability insurance.
However, we cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, loss or damage to property that occurs due to the actions of passengers. Boarding our vessels is at your own risk.
Customer Responsibilities
- Passengers must arrive at the designated boarding location at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Pelican Charters is not responsible if you miss the boat due to late arrival.
- For your own safety and comfort, please wear suitable clothing and footwear for the expected weather conditions. Bring hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen.
- Excessive alcohol consumption and offensive behavior will not be tolerated.
- If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements, please inform us at the time of booking so we can endeavor to accommodate your needs.
